📋 Purpose
These general terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Dublin Culture mobile application (hereinafter "the App"), published by Mosa Data Engineering SRL (hereinafter "the Publisher").
By downloading or using the App, you unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.
📱 Service Description
Dublin Culture is a free application that allows you to:
- Discover cultural events in Dublin (concerts, shows, exhibitions, etc.)
- View practical information about partner cultural venues
- Receive notifications about events you're interested in and campaigns from partner institutions
- Centralize your electronic tickets (e-tickets) via the integrated wallet
- Add events to your favorites and receive reminders
The App aggregates information from partner cultural institutions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by these partners.
🎫 E-ticket Wallet
The e-ticket wallet feature allows you to centralize your electronic tickets:
- Manually import your tickets in PDF format
- Tickets are displayed in the App for easy access
Important : The App does not constitute an official entry ticket. In case of problems, always present the original ticket received by email or the QR code provided by the ticketing service.
👤 User Obligations
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App in accordance with its purpose and these Terms
- Not attempt to circumvent the App's security measures
- Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not reproduce, copy or resell all or part of the App
© Intellectual Property
The App, its content (texts, images, logos, icons, source code) and its structure are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- "Dublin Culture" is a trademark of Mosa Data Engineering SRL
- Event information remains the property of the partner cultural institutions
- You have a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
The Publisher strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the App, but cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability: the App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
- Accuracy of information: event information is provided by partners and may contain errors
In no event shall the Publisher be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
🔗 External Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites (ticketing services, cultural institution websites, etc.). These links are provided for informational purposes. The Publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content.
🔄 Modifications
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication in the App. By continuing to use the App after a modification of the Terms, you accept the new conditions.
🚫 Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
⚖️ Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
